By booking a stay at LargoDoria, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking at ViaArchivolto or ViaGenova, you expressly accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after: • Receipt of payment (via online credit/debit card or bank transfer) • Sending of written confirmation via email Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on period and length of stay. Apartment availability is managed through the Smoobu platform.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • •Online credit/debit card payment: securely processed via Stripe, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store credit card data.
  • •Bank transfer: for bookings more than 15 days in advance, 50% as deposit + 50% to be paid 15 days before arrival. For bookings within 15 days of check-in, full payment to the indicated IBAN.
  • •Security deposit: €200 refundable (temporarily held for any damages)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow these conditions:

  • •Up to 30 days before: full refund of deposit
  • •30 to 15 days before: 50% refund of deposit
  • •Less than 15 days before: no refund
  • •No-show: no refund

Check-in and Check-out

Standard times:

  • •Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • •Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • •Early check-in or late check-out: upon request and subject to availability (additional costs may apply)

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the following rules:

  • •No smoking inside the apartment
  • •No parties or events
  • •Respect for neighbors: no excessive noise after 10:00 PM
  • •Pets: not allowed (unless by prior arrangement)
  • •Maximum number of guests: as indicated in booking
  • •Waste separation required according to local regulations

Guest Responsibilities

Guests commit to:

  • •Use the apartment with care and respect
  • •Report any damage or malfunctions immediately
  • •Respect building rules
  • •Leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition
  • •Provide valid ID documents for all guests (legal requirement)

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. • Will be returned within 3 days of check-out • Partially or fully withheld in case of damage, losses, or extraordinary cleaning required • Damages will be photographically documented

Tourist Tax

According to the regulations of the Municipality of Albenga, a tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. • The amount is set by the Municipality of Albenga • Payment must be made exclusively in cash • The tax is applied per person per night • The exact amount will be communicated at the time of booking The tourist tax is not included in published rates and is subject to the rules of the Municipality of Albenga.

Liability Limitations

LargoDoria is not responsible for: • Personal belongings left in the apartment • Interruptions of public services (water, electricity, internet) beyond our control • Force majeure events Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

CITRA/CIN Regulatory Compliance

Our apartments are duly registered with the competent authorities:

  • •These identification codes are required by law for tourist rentals in Italy.
